Design Brief
The 14th Storey Project in Koregaon Park, Pune is tailored to suit the needs of a young urban family of four. It has been designed to accommodate modern amenities and traditional design elements and furniture pieces, with scope for the family to grow into the space and personalize it without making structural changes.

The client’s requirements were very well articulated: a modern minimalistic home, connected to their Southern roots. They wanted the simplicity and warmth of the traditional Keralan aesthetic, married with a neutral colour palette and functional, practical design, with built-in storage for their books and belongings
