Design Brief
Crafting an alluring sample flat demands resonance with potential buyers, especially within the upper mid-segment, where the convergence of design and functionality reigns supreme. Addressing the challenges of redesigning kitchen and bathroom layouts was pivotal in this project.
The client’s focus was specific: targeting the IT community in Hinjewadi, those embarking on family life or comprising small families with a single child.

This project posed challenges in redesigning kitchen and bathroom layouts. Acknowledging the kitchen’s centrality in Indian homes, we revamped its layout to optimize space, rectifying initial design flaws. Moreover, relocating the wash basin from the dining area’s passageway was crucial. This outdated setup gave way to a modern approach by integrating the basin into the powder room, ensuring a more practical and contemporary arrangement for discerning buyers in the upper mid-segment market. We meticulously ensured that the rest of the home interiors resonated seamlessly with the overall ambience and design theme.
