This 3BHK sample flat for a reputed builder catering to the upper-middle-class segment embodies modern elegance and functionalities. The design balances luxury with practicality to create a space that is not only visually appealing but also comfortable for everyday living.
All in all, a Contemporary Elegance focusing on creating a space that seamlessly combines modern sophistication with the cultural richness of India.

Floor Plan
We were a part of this project right from inception. From creating a well-structured floor plan that provides separate spaces for various functions and yet ensures comfort and privacy for its residents, to the selection of tiles, CP, sanitary, door colours etc. that was going to be replicated in all the 400 apartments. This layout and home caters to a family of 4 looking to unwind after a long day at work or school.
