Design Brief
The lobby stands as the paramount feature of the entire apartment building, serving as the initial impression for visitors upon entry. As the builder’s inaugural project, meticulous attention was paid to ensure a flawless debut.
The mandate was crystal clear—a cohesive and sophisticated style with ambient lighting, plush seating, and an unwavering commitment to top-notch quality. With such a clear directive, it provided an ideal canvas for our creative process, allowing us to begin weaving our magic.

Floor Plan
We were tasked with designing three distinct lobbies of varying sizes, each sharing a consistent color palette and theme. The flooring featured opulent large-size Breccia tiles adorned with exquisite Pulpis Bronze and gold metal strip inlays, creating a captivating floor pattern that served as the highlight for all three lobbies. Beyond this stunning feature, we prioritized a pragmatic layout utilizing durable materials, integrating appropriate branding elements, and implementing ambient lighting to enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of the spaces.
